How to use the App

Step 1 :

Enter Your Destination

Begin by selecting your destination using one of the following options:

  • Enter your location code (as displayed on signage)

  • Search by postcode (ideal if you know the area you are visiting)

  • Use ‘Show locations near me’ for GPS-based suggestions

Step 2 :

Based on your selection, a list of available car parks will be presented. Simply select your preferred option and tap ‘Book Now’ to proceed.

3. Enter Your Vehicle Registration Number (VRN)

On the next screen, enter your Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) in the designated field, then tap ‘Go’.

Step 4 :

Select Your Duration of Stay

You will be shown a range of durations and corresponding tariffs for your chosen car park. Select the option that best suits your needs.

Step 5 :

Carefully review your selected car park, VRN, and duration. Once confirmed, proceed to payment using one of the available options.
